1: Initial Collaborative Meeting

A one on one meeting with Kristofor Carnegie to help tailor the home search to your particular wants and needs while streamlining the home buying process, and making sure we use our time as efficiently as possible.

2: Lender Pre Qualification

This is one of the most important steps to finding a new home. We have a network of lenders we can match you up with, who you can work with to determine your financial goals with the purchase of this new home. A Pre Qualification is also necessary when submitting an offer on a home.

3: The Online Home Search

Through the use of technology and agent experience you will constantly receive interactive media on any and all homes that fit the criteria of what you are looking for.

4: On Site Home Tours

The best way to get to know a home is by taking an in-person tour. We will schedule, plan and confirm all in-person showings to fit your schedule. And if you can’t make it, we can set up a virtual walkthrough of the home with your agent, so that you can tour from the comfort of your own home.

5: Finding the Perfect Home

After touring the homes we will advise on the homes and help you make a dedicated and educated decision of the home that best fits your needs and wants.

6: Negotiations

Once the perfect home is located, we will advise the best way to put the offer together to ensure that we are one of the top choices of consideration for the seller.

7: Acceptance

Once the offer is accepted and escrow is open, we work closely with the escrow officer to create a timeline so there are no major surprises during this process.

8: Inspections

Every property is not the same and every property needs different types of inspections. We have a long list of certified inspectors who specialize in different items and areas.

9: Appraisal

Lenders will arrange for an appraiser to provide an independent estimate of the value of the house you are buying. The appraiser is a member of a third party company and is not directly associated with the lender. The appraisal will let all the parties involved know that you are paying a fair price for the home.

10: Repairs

Working with the listing broker we will ensure that all repairs will be complete per the contractual obligations agreed to in the purchase agreement.

11: Closing

Working closely with the escrow provider we will stay on top of timelines and documents so that there is a smooth and on time transition into your new home.

12: Move In

We have a list of service providers, from movers to cleaners to help you easily get into your new home.
